DESCRIPTION:THE:SORORITY Sisters Meet Up -  We're Back with Our English Ed
 ition!\nAt the upcoming Sisters Meet-up\, we’ll dive into an important a
 nd timely topic: "Intersectionality in Higher Education: Gender\, Ethnicit
 y\, and Social Class".\n\nOur discussion will focus on the intersection of
  gender\, ethnicity\, and socioeconomic background within higher education
 \, and how these factors shape women’s* experiences. We'll explore the s
 pecific challenges faced by women* from diverse ethnic and social backgrou
 nds in education and ask how institutional practices either reinforce or b
 reak down inequalities.\n\nAs always\, there will be plenty of time for op
 en conversation and networking afterwards. This meet-up is a great opportu
 nity to discuss strategies for integrating intersectional approaches into 
 academic policies and curricula.\n\nWomen and female-identifying individua

  at the WU Institute for Gender and Diversity in Organizations and has an 
 impressive background as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Hebrew Univ
 ersity of Jerusalem and a lecturer in Berlin. With a PhD from Freie Univer
 sität Berlin\, her research focuses on intersectional discrimination\, ge
 nder-based violence\, and diversity in education.\n\nRegistration is not n
